摘 要:为了寻找制备正极材料LiCoPO4的新方法,在室温下把NH4CoPO4.H2O和LiOH.H2O混合研磨成均匀的粉末,将粉末烘干后,于300℃焙烧3 h进行低热固相反应,即可得到正极材料LiCoPO4晶体。用X-射线衍射(XRD),红外光谱(IR)及扫描电镜(SEM)对产物进行了表征,结果表明,4种不同焙烧时间(3,4,5,6 h)经300℃焙烧均得到具有正交晶系物相、空间群为Pnma(62)的LiCoPO4晶体材料。与已有的报道相比,文中所述的合成方法不仅显著地降低了焙烧温度,而且大幅缩短了焙烧时间。In order to search a new method for the preparation of cathode material LiCoPO4, a mix- ture powder of NH4 CoPO4 · H2O and LiOH · H2O obtained by careful grinding at room temperature was baked at 300 ℃ for 3 h. The products were characterized with XRD, IR and SEM. The results showed that well crystalline sheet of LiCoPO4 with orthorhombic structure and space group Pnma (62) was all formed after baking at 300 ℃ for 3, 4, 5, and 6 h.
