摘 要:为了研究用简单的方法从金银花中分离化合物,采用选择性萃取法从金银花浸膏的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到化合物Ⅰ,然后经过硅胶柱层析分离得到化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ。通过理化方法和MS、IR、H-NMR、C-NMR等谱学技术对分离得到的4种化合物进行结构鉴定,分别鉴定为3',4',5',5,7-五甲氧基黄酮(Ⅰ)、木犀草素(Ⅱ)、槲皮素(Ⅲ)、绿原酸(Ⅳ)。其中化合物Ⅰ为首次从该属植物中发现,并且是经过选择性萃取分离得到的。该方法简单快捷,较之柱色谱法有较大优势。To find a simple way to isolate the constituents of Lonicera japonica, selective extraction methods were employed. Compound I was isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Lonicera japoni- ca by the selective extraction, then compounds Ⅱ ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were isolated from the remaining ethyl acetate extract by silica gel column chromatography successively. Their structures were elucidated by means of physico-chemical properties, MS, IR and NMR evidences as 3' ,4' ,5' ,5,7-Pentamethoxy flavone ( Ⅰ ) , luteolin ( Ⅱ ) , quercetin ( Ⅲ ) and chlorogenic acid ( Ⅳ ) , respectively. Compound Ⅰ was found in this genus for the first time, and it was isolated with the selective extraction which is advantagous over the traditional column chromatograph.
