摘 要:为了克服栀子苷传统分离方法的缺点,达到从栀子中分离栀子苷的目的,采用聚乙二醇(PEG)反萃取法从栀子果提取液中分离栀子苷,将富含栀子苷的浸膏溶解在正丁醇中,再用极性较大PEG水溶液为萃取剂反萃取,正丁醇溶液过活性碳柱和浓缩可得到栀子苷。反萃取法条件为:PEG-6000,质量浓度为5%,萃取次数为3次。在此工艺条件下,栀子苷得率为24.1%,纯度为91.9%。研究结果可为分离栀子苷分离纯化提供参考。In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional isolation methods of geniposide and obtain the isolated geniposide from Fructus gardenia, back-extraction with polyethylene glycol (PEG) was used to purify geniposide from crude extracts of raw materials. The residue was dis- solved in butanol, and then extracted with aqueous solution of PEG. The organics in solution was subject to a column of the activated carbon and concentrate to obtain geniposide. With back-extrac- tion of 5% (W/V) of PEG-6 000 for 3 times, the yield rate of the geniposide was 24. 1% and purity 91.9%. The research adds knowledge to the separation of geniposide.
