“大承气汤”颗粒质量标准的研究

摘　　要：对“大承气汤”颗粒进行了定性定量研究。通过薄层色谱法鉴别大黄、厚朴、枳实 ;反相高效液相色谱法测定方中君药大黄游离型蒽醌和总蒽醌的含量 ,采用 ODS(3) 5μm色谱柱 ,4.6 m m× 2 5 0 mm ,流动相 :甲醇 - 1%高氯酸水溶液 (85∶ 15 ) ,流速为 1.0 m L / min,检测波长 :2 5 4nm;测定回收率 :游离型蒽醌以大黄素、大黄酚为指标 ,回收率为 10 1.97% ,RSD=3.44 % ,总蒽醌以大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚为指标 ,回收率为 98.99% ,RSD=1.5 3%。测定结果 :3批样品的平均含量 ,游离型蒽醌为 0 .0 30 3mg/ g,总蒽醌为 13.6 14mg/The identity and contents of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis and Fructus Aurantii Immaturus in Dachengqitang Granule were determined by TLC. The “monarch” ingredients including free anthraquinones and total anthraquinones were determined by RP HPLC. The average recovery rate of free anthraquinones (emodin and chrysophanol) was 101.97%, RSD=3.44%; and that of total anthraquinones (rhein, physcion, emodin, etc.) was 98.99%, RSD=1.53%.
