摘  要:观察赤土茯苓苷 (Smi)对动物实验性胃溃疡的作用。以昆明种小鼠和 Wistar大鼠为实验材料 ,通过 3种胃溃疡动物模型判断药效。结果 :Smi对小鼠利血平型、应激型及大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡均有保护作用。Sm i各组 :溃疡指数、出血点数均明显小于生理盐水组 (Smi10 0、2 0 0 mg/ kg  P<0 .0 5 ;Smi30 0 m g/ kg P<0 .0 1) ;提高应激型小鼠胃粘膜 Se- GSH- Px活力 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,降低 MDA含量 (Smi 10 0、2 0 0 mg/ kg P <0 .0 5 ,Smi 30 0 m g/ kg P<0 .0 1) ;提高幽门结扎型大鼠胃液量、胃液 p H值 (Smi10 0、2 0 0 mg/ kg P<0 .0 5 ,Smi30 0 mg/ kg P<0 .0 1)。各组均对胃蛋白酶无显著影响 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;对小鼠胃肠推进蠕动无影响 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :Sm i有明显的防治胃溃疡的作用。这可能与其增加胃粘膜 Se- GSH- Px活力、降低 MDA含量 。Protective effects of smiglabran (SM), a glucoside isolated from Smilax glabra Roxb., on experimental models of peptic ulcers induced by reserpine, stress and pylorus ligation were studied. SM at doses of 100~300 mg/kg resulted in a decrease of peptic ulceration index and number of blood clots, increased the Se GSH Px activity of gastric mucosa, lower the amount of malondialdehyde (MDA) and elevated gastric fluid and pH levels as compared with the normal saline control, but without effects on pepsin and gastrointestinal peristalsis. These results indicated that SM could obviously prevent peptic ulceration probably through its actions to enhance Se GSH Px activity and lower MDA and free radical damage on gastric mucosa.
