摘　　要：提出了在既有别墅上的改造方案,一是将别墅上原有的门窗玻璃改造成真空玻璃,并增加玻璃框架的保温性能;二是增加地源热泵和真空平板玻璃集热器装置对室内进行加温、降温,并可提供生活用热水。通过此项措施的实施,对现有建筑的节能改造具有重要的推动意义。This paper puts forward the reform plan. First, transformed the original glass of villas into the vacuum glass, and raising the heat preservation performance of the glass frame, second, increase the ground source heat pump and vacuum flat glass collector of indoor heating device and provide life with hot water. The implementation of the measures will have an important driving significance to the energy saving transfor- mation of existing buildings.
