摘　　要：结合临床实践,介绍4种常见的混用中药材的现象,并总结造成这些现象的原因,以避免或减少混用中药材现象的发生,提高患者用药的安全性。combined with clinical practice, introduces 4 kinds of mixed Chinese herbal medicine phenomenon, and summarizes the cause of mixed reason, in order to avoid or reduce Lhe happening of this kind of phenomenon, improve patient medication safety.
