氟康唑联合双歧四联活菌片治疗真菌性肠炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨氟康唑联合双歧四联活菌片治疗真菌性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将30例真菌性肠炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组单纯采用氟康唑治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用双歧四联活菌片,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组显效12例,有效3例,总有效率为100%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,P<0.05。两组不良反应无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论:氟康唑联合双歧四联活菌片治疗真菌性肠炎疗效满意,且不良反应少,值得在临床推广。Objective：to investigate the curative effect observation of fluconazole combined bifidobacterium tetralogy of viable tablets in the treatment of mycotic enteritis. Methods：30 cases of mycotic enteritis patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group; the control group was given fluconazole, the treatment group was given viable Bifidobacterium tablets on the basis of the control group, the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results：the treatment group 12 cases, effective in 3 cases, the total effective rate was i 00% that was higher than80.0% in the control group P〈0.05. Adverse drug reactions in two groups have no significant difference, P〉0,05. Conclusion：curative effect of fluconazole combined bifidobacterium tetralogy of viable tablets in the treatment of mycotic enteritis was satisfactory; it has less adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application.
