安普贴治疗老年压疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨安普贴治疗压疮的疗效。方法:把70例压疮患者随机分为试验组和对照组各35例,两组均安置在气垫床上2～3h翻身一次。试验组采用安普贴外敷治疗压疮,每周换药1-2次;对照组给予压疮的常规护理、每天碘伏换药两次及TDP神灯照射两次。结果:两组治疗均能促进压疮愈合。但试验组治愈率、有效率均高于对照组。治疗30天后,试验组35例治愈31例,治愈率88.6%,有效率100%。对照组治愈23例,治愈率为65.7%,有效率77.1%。两组差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:安普贴在压疮的治疗上,时间短,效果显著,疗效佳,能减轻患者痛苦,减少护士工作量,减轻患者家庭经济负担。Objective： to treat pressure ulcers and lodophor on Algoplaque combined with T DP in the treatment of pressure sore curative effect observation. Methods： 70 cases of bedsore patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 35 cases in each group, the two groups are arranged in the air cushion bed for 2 - 3 hours turn over time, used in the observation group Anpu plaster dressings in treatment of bedsore, weekly dressing 1-2 times. control group was given routine nursing care of pressure sore, everyday two times and iodophors dressings T DP irradiation two to treat patients with pressure sore. Results： the two groups of treatment can promote healing of pressure ulcers. But in test group cure rate, efficiency is higher than that of the control group. 30 days after treatment, 35 cases of test group. 31 cases were cured, the cure rate was 88.6%%, with an efficiency of 100%. The control group of 23 cases were cured, the cure rate was 65.7%, with an efficiency of 77.1%. The two group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Algoplaque in the treatment of pressure ulcers, time is short, effect is distinct, good treatment effect, can reduce the suffering of patients, reduce the workload of nurses, patients to relieve the economic burden of family.
