不同种类抗凝剂及保存条件对酒精水平检测的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨留取酒精测定标本的适宜保存条件。方法:在同一时间收集血液标本后,分别在加入不同种类抗凝剂、不同保存时间、不同保存温度、不同放置位置条件下,检测即时和保存后的血液酒精水平含量。采用单因素方差分析探讨温度、时间、抗凝剂、放置位置4种因素对血ETOH结果的影响。结果:在相同条件下血清和血浆空白血液ETOH结果无显著异常(P>0.05),水平放置血浆ETOH值与直立放置比较明显下降(P<0.05);三种抗凝剂对血液ETOH结果无明显影响,结果间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在室温敞开瓶盖情况下30minETOH含量无明显改变(P>0.05),1h明显下降(P<0.05),密封情况下血浆ETOH含量24h无明显改变(P>0.05),3d和7d明显下降(P<0.05),血清均无明显变化;在2～8℃密封保存条件下3d内ETOH结果无明显改变(P>0.05),7d明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:血清标本或肝素锂、氟化钠、EDTA抗凝的血浆标本均可用于检测血液ETOH,标本最好即时或在30min内检测,若不能及时检测则应放2-8℃冰箱密封直立保存。Objective： Testing the impact of alcohol sacrificing the appropriate storage conditions specimens measured. Single factor analysis of variance of temperature, time, anticoagulant, placement 4 factors affecting the results of blood ETOH, Result Under the same conditions, blank blood serum and plasma showed no significant abnormality in ETOH （P〉0.05）, horizontal position value placed ETOH significantly decreased compared placed upright position （P〈0. 05） three anticoagulants on blood ETOH had no significant effects The result was no significant difference between （P〉0. 05） ; open bottle at room temperature under 30minETOH content did not change significantly （P〉0.05）, lh decreased significantly （P〈0. 05）, plasma ETOH levels under seal 24h was no significant change（P〉0. 05）, 3d and 7d significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, no significant change in serum sealed in under 2-8℃ 3d ETOH was no significant change in（P〈0.05） ,7d decreased significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Serum samples or heparin lithium, sodium fluoride, EDTA anticoagulated plasma samples can be used to detect blood ETOH, the best specimens be detected immediately or at 30min, if not timely detection of up 2-8 ℃ refrigerator should be kept sealed upright.
