爱必肤粘合法与缝合法在眼睑裂伤中应用比较

摘　　要：目的对比分析爱必肤与传统缝合方法处理眼睑外伤的治疗效果。方法91例伤口整齐清洁的眼睑外伤患者根据患者意愿分成A、B两组，A组43例选择行人体组织粘合剂黏合创口法，B组48例选择传统丝线间断缝合法，观察并比较手术疼痛率，创口愈合情况及术后瘢痕情况。结果手术疼痛率及瘢痕程度方面A组与B组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），两组所有创口均一期愈合。结论使用爱必肤处理眼睑外伤具有方便，高效，减少瘢痕等许多优点，值得眼科临床广泛推广。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of skin adhesive-EPLIGLU and traditional suture in emergency treatment of eyelid. Methods Ninety-one cases of regular eyelid wound were randomly divided into two groups, group A （43 cases） was performed with the skin adhesive-EPLIG- LU, group B （48 cases） was done with traditional interrupted suture. The difference of ache percent- age, the condition of wound healing and dermal scarring was studied. Results Compared with con- trol group B, group A had statistically significant difference in the ache percentage and dermal scar- ring （P 〈0.05）. All cases were grade healing. Conclusion Skin adhesive-EPLIGLU has many advan- tages over the traditional method in the treatment of eyelid injury, deserving generally clinical appli- cation.
