沈阳地区1228例干眼症的调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨沈阳地区干眼症患者的发病特点及临床特征。方法收集2008年9月至2010年5月就诊于沈阳何氏眼科医院干眼门诊的1228例干眼症患者的资料，进行干眼症问卷调查和临床检查，包括裂隙灯检查、角膜荧光素染色、泪膜破裂时间（break-uptime，BUT）检查和基础泪液分泌试验（SchirmerItest，Sit），并对临床资料进行分析。结果在1228例患者中，女性干眼症患者人数为755，男性干眼症患者人数为473。干涩感（89．O％）、异物感（83．9％）、眼疲劳（67．8％）、畏光／流泪（47．9％）、眼痒（40．9％）烧灼感（32．3％）、视物模糊与视力下降（28．2％）为干眼症最常见的症状。更年期、熬夜失眠、长期使用电脑、吸烟、服用降压、控制心率药物是引起干眼症发生的最常见的原因。结论干眼症患者的临床症状具有多样性特点，尤以眼干涩、异物感、视疲劳、烧灼感、眼痒和视物模糊／视力下降最为多见。更年期女性、熬夜失眠、长期使用电脑、吸烟、服用降压、控制心率药物、是引起干眼症发生的最常见的诱因。Objective To analyze the main clinical manifestation of dry eye in Shenyang. Methods Collected 1228 dry eye patients from September 2008 to May 2010 examined at He Eye Hospital in Shenyang. Patients with dry eye were investigated by questionnaire and clinical examina- tion which included slit-lamp examination, corneal fluorescent stain test, tear break-up time （BUT） and Schirmer I tear test were taken and their clinical data were analyzed. Results Among them, women were 755, while men were 437. In which, dry sense （89.0%）, foreign body sensation （83.9%）, eye fatigue （67.8%）, photophobia or tearing （47.9%）, itching （40.9%）, cauterization （32.3%） and blurred vision （28.2%） were the most common symptoms. Menopause, sit up or insomnia, long-term use of computer, smoking, taking hypotensive drugs and heart rate control drugs were the most common reason which induced dry eye. Conclusion The clinical characteristic of dry eye is variable, especially dry sense, foreign body sensation, eye fatigue, photophobia or tearing, itching （40.9%）, cauterization and blurred vision are the most common symptoms. Menopause, sit up or in- somnia, long-term use of computer, smoking, taking hypotensive drugs and heart rate control drugs are the most common reason which can induce dry eye.
