摘　　要：2011年,广西认真落实中央"稳增长、保民生"精神,积极采取措施保持经济平稳较快发展,努力克服电力紧张、资金短缺、物价上涨等困难,稳妥应对经济运行中的新情况、新问题,确保实现了"十二五"时期经济社会发展的良好开局。全年生产总值突破万亿元,连续7年保持12%以上的增速,为金融业创造了较为有利的经营和发展环境。金融业总体保持稳健发展,金融组织体系不断完善,金融体制改革不断深化。但因国际国内经济环境复杂多变,不稳定、不确定性因素不断增加,保持区域金融稳健运行的难度有所提高,值得密切关注。因此,应继续探索金融安全网建设,完善金融稳定长效机制,防范化解金融风险,促进辖区金融稳定可持续发展。In 2011, Guangxi earnestly implemented the central government＇s policies which aimed at steady growth and livelihood improving, took positive measures to maintain the steady and fast economic development, and tried hard to overcome the capital shortage, power tension, inflation and other difficulties, coped with the economic operation of the new situations and new problems to ensure the＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ of economic and social develop- ment get off to a good start. As the annual GDP came to trillion, and for 7 consecutive years to maintain more than 12% growth, the financial industry not only got a more favorable environment for business and development, but also devel- oped healthy and steadily on the whole. As the same time, financial organization system became perfect day by day and financial institution reforms carried out in depth. However, the international and domestic economic environment was complex and changeful. Unstable and uncertain factors increased obviously. It became more difficult to maintain regional financial stability. So we should pay more attention to the financial safety net construction and long-term mechanism, prevent and eliminate financial risks in order to promote the sustainable development of regional finance.
