摘　　要：在当前进一步深化农村信用社改革工作中,产权制度改革是基础和核心,能否通过新一轮股权改造以强化所有者约束、完善法人治理结构,成为彻底转换农村信用社内部经营机制的关键所在。本文基于贵州省88家县级法人农村信用社2009年和2010年的经营财务数据,在揭示农村信用社股权改造中逆向选择问题的基础上,深入剖析其中的原因,进而提出破解股权改造中逆向选择的路径,以为进一步优化欠发达地区农村信用社股权结构,提供有益参考。In the current further deepen reform of rural credit cooperatives, property rights system reform is the foundation and core. How to strengthen the constraints of the owner and improve corporate governance structure are the key to complete conversion of rural credit cooperatives operating mechanism. Based on the business financial data of the Guizhou Province 88 county-level legal rural credit cooperatives in 2009 and 2010, this paper reveals the rural credit cooperatives adverse selection of equity transformation, analyzes the reason, and proposes to crack path of the adverse selection in equity transformation to provide a useful reference for further optimization of rural credit cooperatives ownership structure in underdeveloped areas.
