远安县基于低碳经济的农用地可持续利用评价

摘　　要：文章根据远安县农用地的特点,从生产性、稳定性、保护性、经济可行性和社会可接受性等方面对其农用地的可持续利用发展水平进行评价,并从碳源、碳汇两方面对其农用地的低碳发展水平进行评价,进而依据综合评价结果阐明了该县基于低碳经济的农用地可持续利用的发展水平,并探讨低碳经济对农用地可持续发展的重要意义。研究表明这种经济形式为我国县域土地低碳经济提供新的思路与建设的新路子。According to the agricultural land features in Yuan’an County,the developmental level about the sustainable utilization of agricultural land was evaluated based on the production,stability,protection,economic feasibility and social acceptability,and the developmental level of low-carbon was also evaluated on basis of carbon source and carbon sequestration.Then according to the results from the comprehensive evaluation,the paper clarified that the developmental level about the sustainable utilization of agricultural land based on low-carbon economy in the County,and showed that the low-carbon economy had great significance for the agricultural sustainable development,which provided new ideas and the new approach of construction for country land.
