摘　　要：文章分析了多供应商采购环境下的可控提前期库存管理问题,首先企业往往有不同长度的提前期,即多模式。提前期较长的供应商作为主要供货来源,以获得较低的采购成本。而当市场需求较为紧急时,选择价格较高,但提前期较短的供应商作为紧急供货来源;其次探讨了缩短提前期的触发机制和对应的库存策略。This paper analysis the strategy of controlling lead time for multiple suppliers,and concluded：commonly there are different length of lead time for enterprise,i.e.multi-mode.The supplier of long lead time is main supply channel;aim at a low purchase cost.When the market demand is urgent,enterprise can choose a shorter lead time supplier with a higher purchase cost.Investigate the trigger mechanism for controlling lead time and according inventory policy.
