摘　　要：文章通过对百度文库盗版案例的介绍，分析了当前国内电子书版权的现状，然后提出了一些电子书发展的版权建议，包括借鉴经验、完善法律法规、研发新技术、增强版权意识等几个方面。参考文献7。This paper, taking Baidu Library piracy case as an example, analyzed the current situation of domes- tic e - book copyright, and thereby put forward suggestions on the development of e - book copyright from the aspects as follows： learn from experience, improve laws and regulations, develop new technologies, enhance the awareness of copyright, etc. 7 Refs.
