摘　　要：高等教育国际化是当前世界高等教育的发展趋势,它在促进我国高等教育快速发展的同时,也给思想政治教育带来了新的问题和挑战,如多元文化的碰撞、理想信念的模糊、思想政治教育者的准备相对不足等。面对新形势,思想政治教育者应坚持社会主义核心价值观与中国传统文化相结合,注重思想政治教育者教育理念的传承与创新,着力思想政治教育者教育个性的形成与发展,切实增强思想政治教育有效性。Internationalization of higher education is the important trend of higher education worldwide. While helping promoting the development of higher education of our country, at the same time, it has brought new problems and challenges to the ideological and political education, such as the muhicultural collision, fuzzy ideals and beliefs, lack of preparation of educators, etc. Facing the new situation, the ideological and political educators should stick to the combination of the socialist core values and Chinese traditional culture, pay attention to the inheritance and innovation of our educational principles, and focus on developing the educational individuality so as to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
