自拟“糖宁Ⅲ号合剂”治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的研究

摘　　要：为探讨健脾法及其方药对Ⅱ型糖尿病的治疗作用 ,以自拟糖宁Ⅲ号合剂 (由党参、白术、淮山药、黄芪、玄参、僵蚕、全蝎、红花、忍冬藤、葛根、苍术等组成 )治疗 2 83例Ⅱ型糖尿病。结果 :近期治愈 6 1例 ,好转 1 95例 ,未愈 2 7例。空腹血糖由治疗前 1 1 8347± 3 0 930 ,下降至 7 82 49±2 1 1 48mmol/L ,治疗前后比较P <0 .0 0 1 ;临床症状亦有较大改善。实验结果显示 :高剂量治疗组大鼠症状、体征改善的同时 ,能显著降低血浆中糖化血红蛋白含量 ,提高血清中胰岛素水平。说明健脾法则对糖尿病的治疗有肯定的疗效。To investigate the effect of spleen nourishing method and corresponding drugs on type Ⅱ diabetes,self made“Sugar lowering Mixture Ⅲ”was used to treat 283 patients with type Ⅱdiabetes which included Pilose asiabell root,bighead atraatylodes,Chinese yam,astragalus root,scrophularia root,batryticated silkworm,scorpion safflower,honey suckle stem,pueraria root,atractylodes rhizome and so forth.Results showed short term recovery in 61 cases,improvement in 195 cases and failure in 27 cases;fasting plasma glucose dropped from 11 8347±3 093 before treatment to 7 8429±2 1148 after treatment,with a great difference between pre treatment and post treatment( P <0.01);clinical symptoms also significantly improved.Experimental results revealed that,in large dose treatment group,the symptoms and signs of rats improved,meanwhile,the contents of plasma saccharogenic hemoglobin reduced while concentration of serum insulin increased,indicating that spleen nourishing therapy has definite effect on diabetes. 
