中心静脉压对PICC尖端定位的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨中心静脉压测量对PICC导管尖端定位的可行性。方法:将120例入选置管病人随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组病人置管后先行CVP测量,判断PICC尖端位置是否在上腔静脉,并与放射照片相结合;对照组病人直接行放射照片。结果:观察组60例置管病人中有59例通过CVP值能够准确判断导管尖端是否异位,初步判断导管尖端位置正确率达98.33%,并且在调整异位导管时间和降低病人费用方面都明显优于对照组。结论:通过测量CVP值对判断PICC导管尖端位置有重要参考意义。Objective： Discuss the feasibility central venous pressure on location of PICC catheter tip.Methods：Selected 120 patients with catheterization randomly divided into observation group and control group each group have 60 patients,observer group patients after catheterization to CVP measurements,Judge PICC cutting-edge location is in the superior vena cava,And with a combination of radiation-exposed photo.Direct line radiation control group patients photos.Results：Observer group in 60 patients with catheterization in 59 cases by CVP value the ability to accurately determine if catheter-tip ectopic,preliminary judging catheter tip is positioned properly rate 98.33%.Ectopic catheter and adjustment time and reduce the cost of patients is significantly better than control groups.Conclusion： By measuring CVP value in diagnosis of PICC catheter tip location has important significance.
