循证护理和自我效能评价在糖尿病周围神经炎病人中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨将循证护理和自我效能评价应用于糖尿病周围神经炎病人中的效果,以提高病人生命质量。方法:将86例糖尿病周围神经炎病人随机分为护理干预组和对照组各43例。对照组按常规健康宣教,护理干预组应用循证护理,同时将自我效能运用其中。结果:护理干预组病人住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);各项自我效能分值和护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过循证护理及自我效能的联合护理干预,缩短了糖尿病周围神经炎病人住院时间,提高了病人护理满意度及生命质量。Objective：To discuss evidence-based nursing and application self-efficacy in diabetic peripheral neuritis patients in effect evaluation,to improve their quality of life is feasible.Methods：86 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients envelope method random into nursing intervention group and control group all 43 cases.By the normal control group health education,nursing intervention group established evidence-based nursing team.Application of evidence-based nursing idea,according to the study of the specific condition,the author puts forward the evidence-based problem,find the best care behavior and implement intervention,at the same time will self-efficacy on them for a month.Results：Nursing intervention group significantly shorter than the length of time in control group（P 0.05）.The self-potency and care satisfaction score increased significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion：Through the evidence-based nursing and self-efficacy joint nursing intervention can shorten diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients hospitalized time,improve the care satisfaction and quality of life of the patients.
