门诊手术病人舒适护理效果的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨门诊手术舒适护理的应用效果,并分析相关因素。方法:选择我院2010年12月～2011年12月门诊手术病人800例,随机分为对照组和试验组各400例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用舒适护理,观察两组病人焦虑发生情况,并对舒适护理病人的性别、年龄、文化程度、手术部位、手术持续时间以及职业等因素进行分析。结果:实施舒适护理病人的焦虑情绪明显减轻,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病人性别、年龄、文化程度和手术时间与舒适护理效果密切相关(P<0.05),而手术部位和病人职业与舒适护理效果关系不大(P>0.05)。结论:进行规范和个体化舒适护理具有重要意义。Objective：To explore the effect of comfortable nursing care and analyze the related factors.Methods： In our hospital from December 2010 to December 2011,800 patients with outpatient operation were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group have 400 cases.Control group with routine nursing and experimental group used the comfortable nursing,the anxiety were observed.Gender,age,cultural degree,operation site,operation duration and the occupation factors were analyzed.Results： The experimental patients with anxiety was significantly reduced,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Gender,age,culture level and the operation time and anxiety occur in closely related（P0.05）,while the operation site and a patient occupation and anxiety has little（P0.05）.Conclusion： Standardized and individualized comfort nursing has important significance.
