摘　　要：目的:探讨骨科住院患者突发意外死亡的原因及防范措施。方法:回顾性分析本院4例骨科住院患者突发意外死亡的过程,总结经验教训,以采取相应防范对策。结果:患者合并心脏病、支气管哮喘、脂肪栓塞等易突发死亡,住院期间跌倒、坠床也增加死亡几率。结论:强化护理责任制度意识,加以防范,可以控制住院患者突发意外死亡的几率,减少医患纠纷。Objective：Probe into the sudden accidental death of orthopedic patients preventive care measures Methods：By reviewing our four cases of sudden accidental death of patients process,lessons learned and take appropriate preventive measures.Results：Care system to strengthen the awareness of duty,be on guard,patients can control the risk of sudden accidental death,reduce patient disputes.Conclusions：Predictability has to do a good job to prevent nursing care to improve their sense of responsibility and timely elimination of risk and,transfer the rescue in time to prevent the accidental death of orthopedic patients dispute the incident.
