摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理服务在持续质量改进中的应用效果。方法:对我院31个护理单元从规章制度、护理文书、人力资源、护士整体素质、基础护理、评优评先等方面进行持续质量改进。结果:优质护理服务可以显著提高护士的主动服务意识,提高病人满意度。结论:优质护理服务可以推动护理质量持续改进,推动医院护理工作发展。Objective： To investigate the role of quality nursing in the continuous quality improvement.Methods： Continuous quality improvement was carried out in 31 nursing units in our hospital involving the rules and regulations,instrument nursing,human resources,the overall quality of nurses,basic nursing and priority rating,etc.Results： Quality nursing can significantly improve nurse awareness of active service and improve patients′ satisfaction.Conclusion： The high-quality nursing services can promote the quality of nursing continuously and promote the development of hospital nursing.
