摘  要:目的 :探讨缺血预处理结合低温晶体心麻液对心肌叠加保护作用及机制。方法 :2 0只健康成年家兔随机均分为 2组 ,采用改良的Langendroff灌注模型 ,对照组 (C)经历缺血 12 0min再灌注 45min ;实验组 (E)在缺血再灌注前用单次 5min缺血再灌注 10min预处理。用生物发光法测定心肌中ATP含量 ,用生理八道仪测定心功能指标 ,透射电镜观察心肌超微结构。结果 :①再灌注期间E组心律失常发生率明显低于C组 (P <0 0 1) ;②实验结束观察心功能、生化、心肌能量代谢及心肌超微结构各项指标 ,E组明显优于C组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :在低温晶体心麻液保护措施下 ,缺血预处理也具有对心肌的保护作用。Aim:To investigate the accumulatedly protective effects of ischemic preconditioning (IPC) in conjunction with hypothermic cardioplegia on vitro rabbit hearts.Methods:Twenty rabbits were divided into two groups randomly.The Langendorff model was adopted in the present study.Control group(C) underwent 120 minute ischemia and 45 minute reperfusion.Experimental group (E) was induced with 1×IPC.Results:The incidence of arrhythmia during the period of reperfusion in group E was much lower than that in group C.The indices including cardial function,biochemistry,energic metabolism and cardial ultrastructure in group E were better than those in group C.Conclusion:IPC in combination with hypothermic cardioplegia has exactly cardioprotective effect.
