摘 要:目的 :探讨静滴普鲁卡因对短潜伏期体感诱发电位 (SLSEP)的影响。方法 :对上肢感觉传导无异常的病人1 5例 ,分别观察静脉滴注普鲁卡因前以及滴注 1 %普鲁卡因 2 0mg·kg- 1 ·h- 1 1 0分钟、40mg·kg- 1 ·h- 1 5分钟和 60mg·kg- 1 ·h- 1 5分钟的上肢SLSEP ,比较N1 4、N2 0、P2 3各波的潜伏期 ,N1 4~N2 0波间潜伏期 (CCT)以及N2 0~P2 3的峰间值。结果 :SLSEP各波潜伏期和峰间值在以上三个不同剂量普鲁卡因滴注后无统计学意义上的变化。结论 :普鲁卡因不影响SLSEP术中进行SLSEP监测时 。Objective:To study the effect of procaiue on median newe short latency somatosensory evoked potential(SLSEP).Methods:The effects of procaine with 3 different dosages on median nerve SLSEP were studied in 15 cases scheduled for elective neurosurgery without any disturbances in the somatosensory pathways.Procaine was given by infusion in dose of 20mg·kg -1 ·h -1 ,40mg·kg -1 ·h -1 or 60mg·kg -1 ·h -1 respectively.The latency and amplitude of the SEP responses over the second cervical spinous process(N14) and sensory cortex(N20,P23) were recorded before infusion and after 3 different doses.Results:There were no significant changes in latencies of subcortical N14,cortical N20,central conduction time(CCT) N14 N20 and interwave amplitude N20 P23.Conclusions: It suggests that procaine is a suitable anesthetic to be used in SEP monitoring.
