摘　　要：尿道下裂是小儿泌尿生殖系统中常见的先天性畸形,手术矫正畸形是治疗尿道下裂唯一方法。本文通过总结尿道下裂手术术式及其修复材料并回顾包皮血管分布研究进展,进一步说明包皮及其血管分布在尿道下裂手术中的重要性及其研究意义。Objective Hypospadias is a common congenital malformation in pediatric urological reproductive system,and surgery is the only therapeutic method. Through summarizing hypospadias surgery procedures, restorative materials and review the research progress of foreskin and its blood vessels distribution, we furtherly illustrate the the importance and research meaning of foreskin and its blood vessels.
