规范民间金融 缓解中小企业融资难题的研究——基于对张家口地区的实例调查

摘　　要：对张家口地区中小企业融资状况和民间金融状况进行调查分析,发现张家口民间金融支持中小企业融资存在着诸如影响国家宏观调控措施效果、无序运行影响社会安定、债权难以得到保护,市场风险加大、加重企业负担等问题。应通过完善有关民间金融的法律法规、加强对民间金融的有效监管、拓宽民间金融的直接投资、加快建设征信制度等措施,进一步规范民间金融,以缓解中小企业融资难题。Through the investigation of the financing condition of medium-sized and small enterprises and the private finance in Zhangjiakou area,the paper finds some existing problems in these fields,such as the influence on the effect of nation＇s current macro-control measures, and social stability, etc. In order to alleviate the financing problems in medium-sized and small enterprises,and to further regulate the private finance,some suggestions are offered as follows：improving the laws and regulations concerning private fi- nance;strengthening the effective supervision over private finance;developing the direct investment of pri- vate finance;speeding up the construction of credit system, etc.
