摘　　要：为了解决传统装配流水线容易出现托盘扎堆和无法自动循环利用等问题,采用PLC、触摸屏和变频器等设计了电磁风扇离合器装配线控制系统。当平面托盘到达装配工位后滞留一段时间,然后自动地流到下一个工位;当平面托盘到达两端横向位置时,通过自动升降的输送小车传送。该系统经过实践证明安全可靠、操作简便、高效实用,具有推广应用价值。In order to solve the problems of frequent flat pallet stacking on the assembly line and the failure ofplane tray in automatical recycling, the electromagnetic fan clutch assembly control system is designed withadoption of PLC,touch screen and frequency converter as the primary element. It can make the plane tray automatically flow to the next station after arriving at the assembly station after retention time,The plane tray canbe transmitted through the automatic lifting trolley when it reaches the ends of the transverse position. The system has proved that its running is safe and reliable, and the operation is efficient. So the equipment is worth popularizing and applying.
