新生儿疼痛护理浅析

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探寻安全有效的非药物止痛疗法。方法选取2011年1月～2012年1月我院新生儿病房中生命体征平稳的新生儿163例分为对照组、葡萄糖组和母乳哺育组。葡萄糖组:在采血前2 min舌尖滴入温热的25%葡萄糖液2 mL;母乳哺育组:足跟采血前指导母亲母乳哺育15 min,于喂养10 min时实施采血。采血时和采血后5 min,应用改良新生儿疼痛评分量表(INIPS)对每组患儿进行评分。结果采血时和5 min患儿生理指标变化明显,INIPS评分母乳哺育组患儿的疼痛时间明显少于喂食葡萄糖组(P<0.01)。结论母乳哺育能显著缓解新生儿的疼痛。Objective this study was to explore the safe and effective drugs analgesic therapy.Methods select from January 2011 to January 2012 neonatal wards our life in 163 cases of new signs smoothly into the control group,glucose group and breastfeeding group.Glucose groups：in the first two minutes picks the tip of the tongue drip into the temperature 25% glucose liquid 2 ml;Breastfeeding groups：sufficient with picks breastfeeding mother before guidance 15 rain,in feeding 10 min of blood sampling.When blood and blood after 5 rain,the application of improved neonatal pain rating scale （INIPS） for each group of children score.Results when 5 rain and shows children physiological indexes change significantly, INIPS score breastfeeding group of children＇s pain time is less than that of feeding glucose group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion breastfeeding can significantly ease the pain of the newborn.
