高碘对小鼠胚胎和子代的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察高碘对小鼠胚胎和仔鼠生长发育的影响。方法　实验分为适碘组和高碘组 ,分别饮含碘5 0、30 0 μg/ L 的去离子水。喂至 3月龄 ,雌雄同笼 ,观察雌鼠、胎鼠和仔鼠的情况。结果　适碘组雌鼠受孕率为96 .6 7% ,高碘组受孕率为 82 .33%。适碘组吸收胎率为 1.80 % ,死胎率为 0 .90 % ;高碘组吸收胎率和死胎率均为3.94% ,畸胎率为 0 .79% ,均高于适碘组。适碘组仔鼠存活率为 91.13% ,高碘组为 82 .38% ,高碘组存活率低于适碘组。高碘组断崖反射时间延长。随着时间延长 ,高碘组仔鼠体重显著落后于适碘组。高碘组 15日龄和 30日龄大脑和海马绝对重量及相对重量低于适碘组 ,但尚无统计学意义。结论　高碘对小鼠受孕。Objective Observe the effect of high iodine on embryo and filial generation in mice.Methods The mouse were divided into two groups.One group drank 50μg/L iodine ion water,the other drank 3000μg/L iodine ion water.At the third month,the mouse mated.The female mouse and embryo and filial generation were observed.Results The conception rate was 96.67% in middle iodine group and 82.33% in high iodine group.The absorptive fetus rate was 1.80% and fetus death rate was 0.90% in middle iodine group and 3.93% in high iodine group.The teratism rate in high iodine was 0.79%.The survive rate was 91.13% in middle iodine group and 82.38% in high iodine group.The time of cliff climbing reflection was longer in high iodine group than that in middle iodine group.As time went on the weght in high iodine group was lighter than that in middle iodine group.Conclusions High iodine was harmful to conception,embryo and filial generation.
