摘　　要：目的　测定新生儿脐带血促甲状腺激素 (TSH)水平 ,诊断先天性甲状腺功能低下症 ,评价人群碘营养状况。方法　采用滤纸片 (全血 ) TSH酶联免疫测定方法。结果　 5个地区 40 0 0份新生儿脐带血 TSH>5m U/ L者占 2 9.9% ,>10 m U/ L 者占 10 .8% ,>2 0 m U/ L 占 1.7% ,>30 m U/ L 的有 7例 ,经复查确诊 1例为先天性甲状腺功能低下症 ,甲低检出率为 0 .2 5‰。Objective Determine neonatal TSH level,diagnose congenital hypothyroid,and assess iodine nutrition condition.Methods ELASA was used for neonatal TSH in dried blood spots sampled with paper slice.Results Among 4 000 neonates,there are 29.9 per cent with TSH over 5mU/L,10.8 per cent with TSH over 10mU/L,1.7per cent with TSH over 20mU/L,and 7 cases with TSH over 30mU/L,1 was confirmed with congenital hypothyroid by rechecking.That is to say that congenital hypothyroid rate is 0.25‰.Conclusions IDD problem still exists among these people. [
