摘  要:目的探讨使用电刺激生物反馈疗法联合盆底肌肉锻炼治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的疗效。方法选择2010年7月1日~2012年1月1日在本院妇产科门诊通过筛查诊断为盆底功能障碍性疾病患者440例,随机分为治疗组220例和对照组220例,治疗组采用电刺激生物反馈疗法联合盆底肌肉锻炼治疗,对照组单纯采用盆底肌肉锻炼治疗,1个疗程后进行一般情况问卷调查尿失禁改善情况、性生活情况及行盆底肌肉功能评估,盆腔脏器脱垂测定,评价治疗效果。结果盆底肌收缩力、子宫脱垂、性生活质量、压力性尿失禁等方面两组均有不同程度改善,但观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电刺激生物反馈疗法联合盆底肌肉锻炼治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病疗效满意,较单纯盆底肌肉锻炼效果好,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To explore the clinical effects of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined pelvic floor muscle exercise treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction disease. Methods Four hundred and forty cases of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction from obstetrics and gynecology clinic in our hospital from July 1st, 2010 to January 1st, 2012 who were diagnosed by screening were selected and randomly divided into treatment group (220 cases) and control group (220 cases). Treatment group received electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle exer- cise for treatment, control group were treated with pelvic floor muscle exercise for treatment, general survey of urinary in- continence improvement was taken after a course of treatment, sex life and pelvic floor muscle function were assessed, pelvic organ prolapse was determined to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results The pelvic floor muscle contractility, uterine pro- lapse, the quality of life, stress urinary incontinence in both groups improved to some extent, but those of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Elec- trical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunc- tion is more satisfactory than a simple pelvic floor muscle training effect, it is worthy of clinical aDolication and promotion.
