摘  要:目的解参麦注射液在临床上对脓毒症患者血清TNF-α、IL-1及超敏C-反应蛋白的影响,研究参麦注射液对脓毒症患者进行保护的作用机制。方法将60例脓毒症患者随机分为两组,对照组30例,予以常规西医对症治疗,观察组30例,在对照组治疗的基础上加用参麦注射液进行治疗。然后两组患者分别在治疗前及治疗后第1天、第3天、第8天为时间点,抽取静脉血,检测TNF-α、IL-1、超敏C反应蛋白浓度。结果与对照组相比,治疗后观察组血清TNF-α、IL-1C、超敏反应蛋白水平显著降低,P<0.05。结论参麦注射液可降低血清促炎因子水平及病死率,对脓毒症患者具有保护作用。Objective To investigate effect of Shenmai Injection on concentration of TNF-α,IL-I,CRP in clinic,and study its mechanism of protective effect to sepsis patents. Methods 60 cases of patients with sepsis were randomLy divided into two groups: the control group (30 cases, given the general western treatment) and the observation group(30cases, given the general western treatment and add the Shenmai Injection). Blood samples were eollected before administration and at 24 h and 72 h and 192 h after that, refrigerated to be determined for the blood concentration of TNF-α, IL-1, CRP by ELISA and immunonephelometry. And observed mortality, hospitalization time, hospitalization expense, and so on. Results Com- pared with the control group, concentration of TNF-α, IL-1, CRP in the observation group decreased significantly, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The Shenmai Injection can reduce serum proinflammatory cytokine levels and mortality in patients with sepsis,has protection effect significantly to sepsis patents.
