摘　　要：目的探讨镜下治疗胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折的术后康复护理。方法对25例在关节镜下治疗胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折术后患者,根据每人的病情制定康复计划,配合肌肉力量训练,骨创治疗仪,蜡疗,中药熏洗,手法及CPM的关节活动度训练及冰敷等康复手段。结果优良率达96%,取得了良好的临床效果。结论患者膝关节的功能恢复取决于成功的手术与科学系统化的康复训练方法。Objective To explore the rehabilitation care of patients with tibial eminence avulsion fracture after arthroscopic treatment. Methods Twenty five patients with tibial eminence fracture postoperative were treated with conservative proce- dures including training of muscle strength,range of motion （ROM）, bone invasive treatment instrument, Paraffin, herbal fu- migation, manual therapy, CPM, etc.. Results All patients got ideal clinical effects and excellent rate of 96%. Conclusion Functional recovery of the knee of patients depends on the success of surgery and systematic rehabilitation training and scientific methods.
