摘  要:目的调查发热门诊患者的心理状况,分析其产生原因以便采取有效的护理干预措施。方法随机抽取发热门诊就诊的患者90例为研究组,内科普通门诊就诊的患者60例为对照组,对两组患者的心理状况采用ZUNG抑郁情绪评价表(SDS)、ZUNG焦虑情绪评价表(SAS)进行调查。对出现的心理反应进行分析,并提出有针对性的护理对策。结果研究组抑郁和焦虑状态发生率、严重程度与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对发热门诊就诊的患者要注重心理干预,减少过度的负性情绪,以利于疾病的恢复和传染病的控制。Objective To investigate psychological status of fever clinic patients, analyze causes in order to find out effec- tive nursing intervention. Methods Ninety cases of fever clinic patients were randomly drawed as research group, 60 cases of respiratory medicine clinic patients were drawed as the control group. Psychological status of the two group patients were analyzed by ZUNG self-rating anxiety scale and ZUNG depression scale. Results There were significant differences on inci- dence, severity of depression and anxiety between the two groups. Conclusion To focus on psychological intervention to fever clinic patients, reducing excessive negative emotions in order to facilitate disease recoverv and infectious disease control_
