单侧输尿管部分梗阻对大鼠肾盂平滑肌功能的影响

摘  要:目的测定大鼠单侧输尿管部分梗阻后肾盂平滑肌功能的改变。方法 80只雄性Wistar大鼠,其中40只作为对照组,另外40只大鼠建立单侧输尿管部分梗阻的动物模型作为实验组。模型建立成功后,分别于8周和16周分离取出肾盂进行离体肌条实验,测定肌条的收缩频率和收缩力。结果与对照组比较,实验组在8周时肾盂平滑肌收缩频率和收缩力均高于同期对照组(P<0.05),16周时均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。对照组8周和16周比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组8周高于16周(P<0.05)。结论单侧输尿管部分梗阻早期可能由于代偿作用,肾盂平滑肌自主收缩频率和收缩力均增加,但在晚期可能失去了代偿作用,肾盂平滑肌自主收缩频率和收缩力均降低。Objective To observe the changes of the function of renal pelvis smooth muscle in partial unilateral ureter ob- struction. Methods Eighty/hale Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group (only received laparoto- my) and experiment group (with the upper half of ureter embedded into the psoas muscles). At different time points (8- week and 16-week), the renal pelvises were caught out, then the contraction frequency and extent of the muscle strips were determined. Results Compared with the control group, the contraction frequency and contractile force of smooth muscle from renal pelvis in experimental group were increased at 8-week time point (P 〈 0.05), and decreased at 16-week time point (P 〈 0.05). They were no statistic changes between 8-week and 16-week control group (P 〉 0.05), while they were significantly higher in 8-week than 16-week experiment group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Partial unilateral ureter obstruction can enhance the contraction frequency and contractile force of smooth muscle from renal pelvis in the early period, which may be due to the effect of compensatory. However, in the later period, the contraction frequency and contractile force of smooth muscle in renal pelvis are decreased, which may be the because of the loss of the compensatory function.
