止嗽汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎22例观察

摘　　要：目的观察止嗽汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎(MPP)的疗效。方法将45例MPP患儿随机分为治疗组(22例)和对照组(23例),治疗组给予止嗽汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗,对照组单纯给予阿奇霉素治疗,并观察对比两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组和对照组治疗2周后临床评分分别为(0.51±0.14)分和(0.90±0.11)分,有效率分别为95.45%、73.91%,不良反应发生率分别为9.09%和60.87%,两组三项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用止嗽汤加减联合阿奇霉素治疗MPP,具有缓解临床表现、增强临床疗效、减少不良反应少等优势,值得推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Cough Decoction combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia （MPP） of children. Methods 45 cases of children with MPP were randomly assigned into treat- ment group and control group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Cough Decoction combined Azithromycin. Patients in the control group were only given Azithromycin. Treatment efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results Clinical score of the treatment group and control group were （0.51±0.14） scores and （0.90±0.11） scores respectively, the corresponding effective rates were 95.45% and 73.91%, incidence of adverse events were 9.09% and 60.87% respectively, and the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Cough Decoction combined with Azithromycin can alleviate the clinical manifestations, enhance clinical efficacy and reduce adverse reactions in the treatment of MPP, so it is worthy of clinical application.
