摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定丹柴散结合剂中芍药苷含量的方法。方法采用Agilent Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86)为流动相;流速0.6 mL/min;检测波长230 nm。结果芍药苷在0.480 0～8.160 0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.26%,RSD=1.29%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于丹柴散结合剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the HPLC method to determine the Paeoniforin in Danchaisanjie Mixture. Methods The chromatographic system consisted of Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 column was used, acetonitrile-0.1% phosphate solution （14： 86） was used as mobile phase. The content was detected at a waveleng of 230 nm, the flow rate was 0.6 mL/min. Results The paeoniforin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.480 0-8.160 0 μg （r = 0.999 3）, the average recovery was 98.26% and RSD=1.29% （n = 6）. Conolusion The established method is accuracy, sensitive and simple. It can be used for quality control of Danchaisanjie Mixture.
