黄芪注射液对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤心功能的改善作用

摘　　要：目的　观察黄芪注射液对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法　结扎冠状动脉前降支 60分钟后再灌注 60分钟 ,造成心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,动态观察黄芪注射液对ECG及心功能的影响。结果　与对照组比较 ,黄芪组家兔心肌缺血再灌注后 ,ECG胸前导联上抬ΣST明显降低 (P <0 .0 5、0 .0 1) ,左室内压力变化最大速率 (±dp/dtmax)、左室内压为 40mmHg时的压力微分 (dp/dt DP4 0 )和左室压力峰值 (LVSP)显著升高 ,左室舒张末期压 (LVEDP)和等容舒张期压力下降时间常数 (T)值明显降低 ,左室射血时间 (ET)明显缩短 (P <0 .0 5、<0 .0 1)。结论　黄芪注射液能显著缩小心肌缺血范围 ,改善左室舒张收缩功能 ,对心肌缺血再灌注损伤有良好的保护作用。Objective To study the protective effects of Astragalus Membranaceus Injection on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rabbits.Method The model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury was created by reperfusing the anterior descending branch of the coronaryartery for 60 minutes after ligating it for 60 minutes.We observed the effects of Astragalus Menbranaceus Injection on the left ventricular function and ECG of rabbits.Results Compared with those of the control group,the results showed that the raising ΣST of ECG of the Astragalus Menbranaceus Injection group decreased significantly(P<0.05,0.01);while,±dp/dt max ,dp/dt DP 40 and LVSP increased markedly.LVEDP,T and ET decreased obviously(P<0.05,<0.01).Conclusions Astraglus Menbranaceus Injection could limit the ischemic range and improve the left ventricular systolic and diastolic function significantly.It possessed difinite protective effects on myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury.
