输血输液加温器在上消化道出血患者中的应用与观察

摘　　要：目的观察输血输液加温器在上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法将110例上消化道出血患者随机分成两组,每组各55例;观察组患者使用输血输液加温器,而对照组在常温下输血输液。结果观察组患者疼痛、四肢发冷、寒颤等不良反应的概率显著小于对照组,肛温明显高于对照组,两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论上消化道出血患者正确合理应用输血输液加温器,有利于患者保持体温,促进药物溶解,减轻患者的不适。Objective To observe the application effect of transfusion heater in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 110 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into two groups; the observation group received the transfusion heater, while the control group received the transfusion at normal temperature. Result The adverse reaction probability of pain, cold extremities and chills in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the rectal temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P 0.05）. Conclusion Correct and reasonable application of transfusion heater in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding is beneficial to keeping body temperature, promoting drug dissolution and reducing patients＇ discomfort.
