饮食干预配合腹部按摩预防肿瘤患者化疗期便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察饮食干预配合腹部按摩预防肿瘤患者化疗期便秘的临床疗效。方法需化疗肿瘤病人90例,随机分为两组,治疗组50例在化疗前以饮食指导、腹部按摩等干预,对照组40例予常规治疗及护理。结果治疗组便秘的发生率低,程度轻,合并的症状如腹痛、腹胀、烦躁发生率较低。结论饮食干预配合腹部按摩预防化疗期便秘疗效确切,可供临床选择。Objective To observe the clinical effect on dietary intervention combined with abdominal massage for prevention of chemotherapy-induced constipation in cancer patients. Methods 90 cancer patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. 50 cases of the treatment group received diet guide and abdominal massage before chemotherapy, and 40 cases of the control group were treated with conventional treatment and nursing. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group had lower incidence and level of chemotherapy-induced functional constipation; the incidences of complications such as abdominal pain bloating, irritability were lower at the meantime; the difference between the two groups had statistical significance. Conclusions The dietary intervention combined with abdominal massage is effective in treating chemotherapy-induced constipation, and available for clinical application.
