摘 要:目的研究盐制知母的微波炮制工艺。方法采用正交试验,以芒果苷及知母皂苷BⅡ的含量为评价指标,确定最佳的微波炮制工艺。结果盐制知母的最佳的炮制工艺为:盐的用量为2kg,闷润40min,微波热力60%,微波时间为2min。结论该方法简单、可行而且易于控制,可作为知母炮制的新方法。Objective To optimize the microwave processing method of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (processed with salt). Methods The content of mangiferin and timosaponin BⅡ were determined as the investigative index, to determine the optimal microwave processing technology by orthogonal design. Results The best processing technology of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (processed with salt) were: the amount of salt was 2 kg, moistening time was 40 min, microwave heating was 60%, the time of microwave heating was 2 min. Conclusions The method is simple, practical and easy to control, which can be used as a new processing method of Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (processed with salt).
