摘　　要：目的提高临床合理用药水平。方法随机抽取2011年上半年出院病历210份,重点检查抗菌药物使用适应证、药物选择、用法用量、用药疗程和围手术期的应用等,同时检查其他药物超药物说明书适应证、用量用法不当等情况,并进行统计、分析。结果抗菌药物预防使用指征、时间与选择均有不当,其他药物使用存在无适应证、超剂量等问题。结论合理用药需医师、药师和相关行政部门共同努力。Objective To improve the clinical level of rational drug use. Methods 210 hospital discharge records were randomly selected from the first half of 2011 were checked focusing on examination of antimicrobial drug use indications, selection, dosage, treatment course, and perioperative applications. And other drugs the manual indications of super-drugs, improper amount of usage, etc were statistically analyzed. Results Antimierobial prophylaxis use had indication, time and choice were improper, other drug use existsed no indications and high dose. Conclusion Rational drug needs of physicians, pharma- cists, and related administrative departments work together.
