糖脂消丸治疗2型糖尿病临床研究

摘　　要：:运用糖脂消丸治疗 2型糖尿病 30 0例 ,其中糖脂消丸组 2 0 0例 ,对照组 1 0 0例。结果糖脂消丸组有效率为 80 5 % ,对照组为 6 2 0 % (P <0 0 5 )。其中糖脂消丸组在治疗前后空腹血糖 ,血脂受化及对血清胰岛素释放的受化上均较对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。提示糖脂消丸具有改善胰岛 β细胞的低下功能 。Tang Zhi Xiao Wan is applied to 300 patients of diabetes B,of which 200 cases go to the treatment group and 100 to the control sroup.It′s indicated that the total effectiveness of the former is 80 5% and that of the latter 62 0%(P<0 05).Besides,there is a marked difference in terms of the fasting blood glucose,blood lipid variations,and the serum insulin release between the former and the latter both pre and post the treatment(P<0 05).It implies that this medicine can improve the hypofunction of islet β cells and promote the primary insulin secretion.
