摘　　要：目的研究影响抗 A杂交瘤细胞抗体分泌的部分因素。方法通过试管法和玻片法检测抗 A抗体的效价和亲和力。结果 0 .2 5 m mol/ L、0 .5 mm ol/ L丁酸钠和 0 .0 1U / ml胰岛素能明显提高抗 A抗体的效价和亲和力 ;HAT重筛选可使部分小体积细胞迅速死亡 ,抗 A抗体的效价和亲和力明显提高。结论丁酸钠、胰岛素和 HAT重筛选可提高抗ObjectiveTo study the fact that influenced the antiA antibody of hybridomaMethodsThe titer and affinity of antiA secreted by hybridoma were tested by tube method and slide methodResults025mmol/L and 05mmol/L sodium butyrate could significantly increase the titer and affinity of antiA that could be promoted by 001 U/ml insulin tooMany smaller ones of the experimental cells died rapidly in the HAT medium,after which the titer and affinity of antiA rose markedlyConclusion The sodium butyrate and insulin can promote the titer and affinity of antiA secreted by hybridoma,and the surviving clones in HAT medium could secreted more antibody of antiA [
