摘 要:目的探讨生物共振技术在检测治疗心血管疾病药物所致皮肤药物不良反应(cutaneous adverse drugreactions,CADRs)中的作用。方法有明确心血管病史患者服药后出现CADRs 122例,采用生物共振仪对疑似药物进行检测,根据检测结果停用阳性药物,治疗并随访2个月。结果 92例检测阳性,致敏药物共46类123种;检测阳性组停用致病药物,治疗后随访2个月时96.7%痊愈;检测阳性组痊愈率高于阴性组,痊愈时间短于阴性组(P<0.05)。结论生物共振技术在检测CADRs致病药物方面有较高临床价值,可作为药物不良反应检测与治疗的有效方法。Objective To assess the application of bio-resonance technique in the detection of cutaneous adverse drug reactions (CADRs) of cardiovascular agents. Methods A total of 122 patients with CADRs due to cardiovascular agents were examined with bioresonance technique. The suspect drugs were discontinued after being figured out by bioresponse tests. All patients were treated and followed up for 2 months. Results In 122 cases, 92 cases were identified positive, involving 123 drugs from 46 categories, in which 96.7% recovered 2 months after the drugs were stopped. The rate of recovery was higher and the recovery time was shorter in the positive patients than that in the negative patients (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The bio-resonance technique is of great value to detecting agents causing cutaneous adverse drug reactions and can be an easy and promising method for detecting and treating CADRs.
