摘 要:目的观察黄连温胆汤加减对代谢综合征(MS)大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法采用高盐高脂高糖饲料喂养,诱导实验性MS大鼠模型。大鼠随机分为模型组、黄连温胆汤加减高剂量组、黄连温胆汤加减低剂量组、盐酸二甲双胍对照组和空白组。生物化学法检测血糖、血清胰岛素的水平,放免法检测血浆TNF-α、IL-6水平。结果模型组血浆血清TNF-α、IL-6和胰岛素抵抗指数水平显著增加(P<0.01);黄连温胆汤加减高剂量组血清TNF-α、IL-6和胰岛素抵抗指数水平降低(P<0.05)。结论黄连温胆汤加减对MS大鼠胰岛素抵抗指数具有降低作用,其机制可能与降低TNF-α、IL-6水平有关。Objective To observe the effect of HUANGLIANWENDAN decoction on expression of interleukin -6 and tumor necrosis factor - ctin order to explore the function of the tre - atment mechanism of Insulin resistance. Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into normal diet group (n = 10)and high fat high salt and high glucose diet gr- oup (n = 50) to induce metabolic syndrome model then metabolic syndrome rats were got 37 successfully, and then these 37 metabolic syndrome rats were randomly divi - ded into model group (n = 9), high dose HUANGLIANWENDAN decoction group (n = 10), low dose HUANGLIANWENDAN decoction group (n = 10) and DM- BG group (n = 8 ), normal diet group and model group were feed physiologic - al saline, fasting blood glucose ( FBG), fasting insulin (FINS), interleukin -6 (IL- 6) and tumor necrosis factor- α(TNF -α)in the serum were detected by enzymatic method, radioimmunoas - say, or enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay after 4weeks. Results In model group level of TNF - ct, IL - 6in blood and IR index are higher than normal diet group (P 〈0. 01 ); The data in high dose HUANGLIANWENDAN decoction is depressed evidently (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion HUANGLIANWENDAN decoction can regulate IR index, and the mechanism may be that HUANGLIANWENDAN decoction can up - regulate the level of TNF - α.IL - 6 in blood.
