摘 要:开发了用于汽车尾气净化的金属壁与催化层一体化催化剂。该催化剂由金属表面氧化层载体和催化组分所组成。比较了孔径分布、比表面积、催化组分负载量对催化性能的影响 ,并讨论了空速对催化性能的影响。The catalyst, from a metal wall and catalytic layer prepared by anodic oxidation, hydration and impregnation of the catalytic composition, was investigated for the treatment of automobile tail gas. The properties of the catalyst were measured in the plug flow integrated reactor at the conditions of space velocity from 10000 h -1 to 30000 h -1 , inlet concentrations of propylene 9.94×10 -4 , NO 1.015×10 -3 ,CO 5.06×10 -4 and oxygen 4.24×10 -3 . The performance of the catalyst with large specific area and high loading is better than that with small specific area and low loading. Over the catalyst treated at 80℃ for 1 hour in the impregnation solution, at the space velocity of 10000 h -1 , the temperatures for the 100% conversion of C 3H 6, NO and CO were 380℃,400℃ and 300℃, respectively.
