摘　　要：论文运用MOLDFLOW软件模拟塑料的充模过称,冷却过程及分析塑件的最佳浇口位置进而确定气泡、熔接痕的位置及塑件的成型性能和产品的质量,分析结果帮助预知模具结构可能存在的问题。从而优化模具结构,节约产品生产成本,并提高生产率。MOLDFLOW软件的CAE模拟为模具设计提供了重要的参考。The paper uses MOLDFLOW software to simulate the mold filling, cooling, analyzes the best gate location, inquire the location of air traps and weld lines. It is sure that the performance and quality of products, and predicts the problems coming from the mold structure. It optimizes mold structure, save production costs and increases productivity. CAE simulation provides an important reference for mold design.
